Excelsior ALL Stain Experience
Caring for your furniture has never been easier.
The Excelsior ALL Stain Experience is a pre-paid 10* year service plan that has you covered against ALL accidental stains on upholstery and includes a specially formulated care kit for in-home care and maintenance of the upholstery on your furniture.
For the first 5 years, we’ll send a technician to remove the stain. If the stain persists, then we’ll repair it. If it can’t be repaired, then we’ll replace it!
After 5 years, we’ll send a technician to do stain removal only, for an additional five years. Got a Stain? Clean it using the specially formulated care kit included with your service plan.
PLUS get BONUS coverage for motorized components of your furniture! Covers all brands and includes 100% Parts & Labor with NO deductible, and a “No Lemon” Clause. If after 3 failures of the same part occurs during the term of a plan, we’ll replace your purchase with an equal or like product! We'll even cover the remote control for the first year from operational failure.
